Refund / Returns
Due to hygiene reasons, earrings can not be returned. Any issues / damage will be investigated, however if care instructions have not been followed, or you change your mind, returns will not be initiated.
All Rae & Lilly products are made with high quality materials, and constructed with love and care. In the unlikely event that an issue arises, please contact me via the contact page so that any issues can be rectified as soon as possible.
All deliveries will be sent via Australia Post and parcels will be packaged to ensure your purchases remain undamaged whilst in transit. If your delivery is damaged in any way, please contact Sharon within 48 hours of delivery to rectify the issue.
