Hi, I’m Sharon — the heart, hands and colour-loving creator behind Rae & Lilly.

I design bold, bright, joy-filled statement earrings for women who refuse to blend in.
Every piece starts as a hand-painted artwork in my Brisbane home studio, before being laser cut into wearable pops of personality. No two pairs are ever the same — They're perfectly imperfect, just the way we like it because around here… subtle is optional 

But Rae & Lilly isn’t just a business — it’s a story and my story began as something much more personal… a way to find light again.

As a first responder, I’ve experienced the heavier side of life. After sustaining serious injuries in the line of duty and later being diagnosed with PTSD, I had to learn how to rebuild — slowly, creatively, and in my own way.

That’s where paint came in.

What started as playing with colour on polymer clay, and then on acrylic sheets soon became something more — more than a hobby, and more than a distraction. It became joy. It became healing. It became Rae & Lilly — where every piece carries a part of my journey.

Named after my two daughters, Rae and Lilly is all about celebrating colour, resilience, and showing up exactly as you are — bold, bright and unapologetically you.

These aren’t just earrings. They’re little bursts of confidence and wearable happiness.
They’re a reminder that even on the hardest days… you can still shine.
