Hi, I’m Sharon — the heart and creative hands behind Rae & Lilly.

I create bold, bright and unapologetically fun statement earrings that refuse to whisper. Each piece begins as a hand-painted artwork in my Brisbane she-shed studio before being laser cut into wearable pops of colour. No two pairs are ever identical — perfectly imperfect and designed to spark conversation.

But Rae & Lilly didn’t begin as a business idea.

It began as healing.

As a first responder, I’ve seen the parts of life most people never have to. After sustaining serious injuries in the line of duty and later being diagnosed with PTSD, I had to learn how to rebuild myself.

Part of that rebuilding looked like paint.

What started as hand-painting acrylic sheets and playing with colour became something bigger.
What began as therapy became art.
What began as healing became Rae & Lilly.

Named after my two daughters, this brand honours brightness, resilience and unapologetic individuality.

These aren’t delicate little accessories.
They’re statements.
They’re confidence.
They’re colour on purpose.

Because even when life gets dark — light still exists.
