Hi, I’m Sharon – the heart and hands behind Rae & Lilly.

I create bold, bright, and unapologetically fun earrings that are anything but ordinary. Each piece begins as a hand-painted artwork in my Brisbane she-shed studio before being laser cut into wearable pops of art. No two are ever the same – perfectly imperfect, designed to turn heads, spark conversations, and make you feel just a little bit extra.

When I’m not dreaming up earrings, you’ll find me painting and sewing funky clutch bags, splashing colour across abstract canvases, or crafting personalised kids’ name plaques and other joyful creations you’ll discover in my store. Creativity keeps me grounded, bringing light to life’s heavier moments – and I pour that joy into every piece I make.

Outside the studio, I grow David Austin roses, love to cook, enjoy cocktails, tinker with home renovations, and laugh endlessly with the amazing humans in my life. In my “real job” I’ve seen some tough things, but art is where I find joy, colour, and the freedom to create something that makes others smile..
